1. Age requirement

Dusty Derby is intended only for adults aged 18 years or over. By entering the site and confirming your age, you represent that you are at least 18. The game is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

2. Free-to-play, for entertainment only

Dusty Derby is a free social game provided purely for entertainment. All gameplay uses virtual points that have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything of real-world value.

  • There is nothing to buy and no payments of any kind.
  • There are no deposits, withdrawals, wallets or accounts holding value.
  • There are no cash prizes, payouts or real winnings.
  • This is not gambling and is not a real-money gambling service.

3. No payments or purchases

We will never ask you for payment details to play, because there is nothing to pay for. If your virtual points run low, they may be topped up automatically at no cost so you can keep playing.

4. Virtual points

Virtual points exist solely within the game for fun. They are not a currency, hold no value, and may be reset or adjusted at any time — for example if you clear your browser data or change device. We are not liable for any loss of virtual points.

5. Browser storage

The site uses your browser's own storage to remember your age confirmation, your storage preference and your game progress and settings. You can clear this at any time through your browser. See our Cookie & Storage notice for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Copy, resell or commercially exploit the game or its content without permission.

The Dusty Derby brand, design, artwork and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.
