  • We don't collect or store any payment information — there are no payments.
  • Your age confirmation and game progress stay in your own browser, not on our servers.
  • We only use contact details you send us to reply to you.

Information stored on your device

To make the game work and feel consistent, a few small pieces of data are kept in your browser's own storage, on your device:

  • Confirmation that you've verified you are 18 or over.
  • Your choice on the storage notice.
  • Your virtual points balance and simple game settings, such as sound preferences.

This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.

If you contact us

When you send us a message through our contact page, your email app sends your name, email address and message directly to us so we can respond. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and we don't add you to any marketing lists.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • We don't run advertising or marketing trackers on this site.
  • We don't collect payment, banking or identity documents.

Our responsible play page links to independent support organisations. Once you follow a link away from dustyderby.com, their own privacy policies apply. We're not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.

Children

Dusty Derby is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices
